The Amethyst Chair was the chance to design and build a custom cafe chair for Amethyst Coffee Co. The identity of Amethyst starts with passionately crafted coffee and a curated selection of roasters. The cafe is a modern and light filled space with a palette of white and hard maple wood; simple, feminine and modern. Playing off the Amethyst logo and the floor plan , the chairs have one strong diagonal that becomes the backrest.
